Classical Vinyasa

We’ll be moving from one asana to another without breaking of the flow, while we stay in each posture for 5 or more breaths and working on tuning into the right alignments and breathing into the different areas of the lungs to explore the maximum potential of breathing using ujjai breathing and bandhas.

I’ll be helping mainly with verbal instructions and gentle adjustments to make the practitioners invest their awareness in body parts and breath.
It could be the best practices to develop the breath and body consciousness.

It could be practiced by beginners as well as intermediate practitioners at the same time as there are different variations could be given according to their practice.
